The secret of smoking them is to use herbal oils to marinade. Most importantly, you will need patience as you need time to grill the poultry.

WHERE TO OBTAIN YOUR CHICKEN BREASTS

You can always get boneless chicken breasts from your local grocery store. It is about $ 1. 99 / lb if you can grab it on a sale. It could be less than that of a big sale. If you want to get a good smoked chicken breast, you must always get the meat fresh from the store, especially the meat that has been put out for sale on the very same day. 8. Chimney starter: Use this to ignite charcoals for the barbeque!

You will need to slow cook your chicken breast patiently and buy the chicken breast fresh from a grocery store. You will season the meat and grab a wet-pan smoker at an appliance store. After that, get ready an oven thermostat as it is more effective than the one in the oven. You need tongs to mess around with the charcoal and a chimney starter to start a fire. You will then put the meat on top of the wood chunks and begin to smoke your chicken meat.

BRINE YOUR CHICKEN – WHY BRINE OR SEASON YOUR CHICKEN

It might seem very insignificant, but even bringing it in the normal way in water and salt will bring a huge impression on your chicken. Brine adds flavor and keeps the tenderness of the meat when cooked as the meat will be rid of the protein structure and the lusciousness will expand. One box of these chips will be last long enough for the entire period of cooking time.

After that, the cooker must be heated until 235°F. Make sure the heat is constantly maintained at 200-235 °F. It is the optimal heat for smoldering your poultry. The room temperature will be ventilated through vents! Make sure you open your windows wide to ensure oxygen in your cooking area! Each cooking equipment varies, so learn from experience! There are always new methods of smoldering poultry!
Note: If you are using a different type of cooking equipment, you will need to know there are different methods in smoldering your poultry. Make sure that you get rid of the fumes in your cooking area. Too many fumes will turn the taste of the chicken bitter.

COOKING YOUR CHICKEN BREAST

Always, always take precaution when smoking chicken! Use anti-heat gloves and tongs when you smoke your meat! Do not use any equipment that isn’t necessary like a stick to overturn your meat. This will cause the meat to lose all its extracts.
When the equipment has reached a heat of 235°F, interpolate your poultry into the equipment. It will most probably take a couple of hours to complete. Be patient and wait. Try not to open the lid just to check on your food as you will lose the heat from the meat. The lid should only be opened when you have almost finished your job!

If the heat has been sustained, you may take a few breaks before completing the smoldering poultry process. When you are smoldering your poultry, you must check the part with the most flesh and heat up the equipment up to 160°F. After that, your poultry must be laid out on the table to cool for ten minutes.
